Our base
Dubai is the base.
Your destination
sets the brief.
Autograph is registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis. For an international equipment order, the details that matter are the product, shipping origin, destination and agreed delivery scope.
A city connected to trade.
Dubai's logistics infrastructure includes Jebel Ali Port and its free zone, with connections to Al Maktoum International Airport through the Dubai Logistics Corridor. The Government of Dubai's trade and logistics overview describes that network.
Dubai Airports also identifies cargo operations at Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC). The appropriate route for an order depends on the actual shipment, available services and the terms agreed with the carrier or forwarder.
Our registered location does not mean that every product is held in Dubai or manufactured in the UAE. Shipping origin, availability and the proposed route are confirmed for the order.
For your quotation
Put the route
in writing.
Tell us the delivery country and city, the intended importer and whether you require a freight quotation. Include any product-document or labelling requirements identified by your organisation and its advisers.
Before an order is confirmed, the quotation should identify the equipment configuration, quantity, delivery term and named place. Confirm which costs and responsibilities are included, and which need to be arranged separately.
Read our cross-border checklist for the questions to settle around commercial documents, freight and receiving arrangements.
