Ordering and delivery

Settle the details.
Then place the order.

Autograph supplies by quotation. Configuration, documentation, price and delivery arrangements are confirmed before you order.

  1. Send your requirement.

Choose the catalogue references and tell us the quantity, required configuration and delivery destination. Include any mandatory specifications, documents or delivery deadline.

    Browse the catalogue
  2. Confirm the equipment.

Review the proposed model and supplied set, including sizes, accessories, power specification, branding and packaging. Product photographs are reference images; the written quotation identifies the configuration offered.

Request the current technical sheet and instructions for use. Your responsible professional team should check suitability and the documents required for the destination.

  3. Agree the commercial terms.

Confirm the currency, prices, quantities, payment terms and quotation validity. Settle the warranty and after-sales terms for the equipment being ordered. Optional items and services should be identified separately.

The website has no checkout or payment form. The final written quotation and agreed order terms govern the transaction.

  4. Set the delivery scope.

Agree the delivery term and named place, shipping origin and any freight or insurance included. Identify who handles export and import formalities and confirm the required documents with the responsible broker or adviser.

Availability, readiness for shipment and estimated transport timing are confirmed for the order. Catalogue listings do not promise stock or a fixed delivery date.

    Cross-border order checklist
  5. Prepare to receive the goods.

Confirm the consignee and receiving address, any delivery restrictions and the agreed inspection arrangements. Keep the approved specification and document list with the order. Report discrepancies through the contact and process stated in the agreed terms.

Before you confirm.

If the equipment, quantity, destination or documentation changes, ask for the quotation to be updated. Do not rely on a previous price or delivery estimate for a different configuration.

Read our Terms & Conditions and Product Information & Safety Notice. Order-specific terms should resolve any remaining commercial questions before acceptance.
